Mr. Kutteh has been engaged in the general practice of law in Statesville, North Carolina, since 1976. He has always had an interest in the business aspects of law practice, choosing to focus his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, business and corporate planning, tax planning, and real estate. He also represents many clients in the areas of collections, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Kutteh has provided consistent, competent, and comprehensive services to clients throughout his legal career, going so far as to further his education by obtaining a master’s degree in taxation from Emory University while remaining a full-time attorney at the firm.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kutteh served on the Statesville City Council beginning in 1989 and was elected Mayor of Statesville in 2005, a position he held until his retirement from public office in December 2025. His government experience has informed and enhanced his law practice, and he is grateful for the opportunity to have used that experience to serve the community in his civic capacities.
Mr. Kutteh places a high value on personal interaction with clients and the ability to grow with those clients over time. He anticipates practicing law well into the future and looks forward to continued opportunities to serve clients in these areas.
